  • Dark chocolates
  • Breakfast cereals
  • Cheese and butter
  • Bananas
  • Cashew nuts
  • Wal nuts

3. Pregnant ladies drink 6 glass of milk first 4 month from the pregnancy it's enrich calcium for your baby.

4. Dont eat any type of tablets without consulting a doctor.

5. Add more amla, drumstick, radish with your food to reduce hand and leg pain during pregnancy and after pregnancy as well.
