Cool yourself with sabja juice(basil)

Requirements
1. Sugar - 2 spoons
2. Salt - required amount
3. Lemon - 1 no.
4. Soaked Sabja or basil seeds - 1 spoon
5. Sabja or basil seeds - 1 spoon
6. Mint leaves - some quantities

Preparation:
1)  Take a glass add some required quantity of salt then add 2 spoon of sugar for one glass of water.
2)  Add 2 spoon of sabja or basil seeds.
3)  Add one full lemon pulb.
4)  Add one glass of water with it
5)  Finally add some mint leaves and stir it until the sugar are dissolved.

 It's reduce body heat and weight
 It's reduce cholesterol
 It's improve skin health
 It's reduce blood sugar levels.
