Curd shake for summer.

1 It is a simple techniques to make your skin and body healthy let see it's preparation..

2 Preparation.
  i)  Buy a cup of curd near by shops
  ii) Mix it with sugar (for one cup 100ml curd we need 2 table spoons of sugar). 
  iii)  stir it for 2 minutes..  That's it your curd shake is ready.
